WEALDSTONE'S first match at their new home at Grosvenor Vale will be against Watford, the club has announced.
Stones will take on the Championship side on Wednesday, July 23, in a replay of the match at the start of last season, when Watford ran out 4-0 winners at Northwood FC back in July.
Wealdstone faced a race against time to get their new ground at Ruislip Manor up to the league's standards, but manager Gordon Bartlett says he has no fears about the club's future in that respect.
"Every day I go down there seems to be more of a progression," he said. "The treatment room's been completely redone, the dressing rooms are being painted at the moment and the top surface of the pitch has also been redone - the grass is coming through now."
He added: "The league came down and they've made some suggestions about where we can make improvements in certain areas but it's all looking very positive.
"To my knowledge there's no doubt we'll be playing there as planned next season, starting with Watford."
Wealdstone are offering 'Early Bird' discounted season tickets for all fans who buy theirs before Monday, June 30.
Standard adult tickets are £165, while a 'gold' package is available for £195. Concession season tickets are £80, with the 'gold' package £95 and the junior under-14 tickets £9 for the season.
Cheques should be made payable to Wealdstone Football Club and applications posted to club secretary Paul Fruin at 63 Ruskin Gardens, Kenton, Harrow, Middlesex, HA3 9PY. Call 07790 038095 for enquiries.
