TOP scorer Ricky German grabbed all four goals as Brent under-12s beat Camden and Islington 4-0 to march into the London Cup semi-finals.
Brent were on the back foot in the early stages and had to defend resolutely as Camden, directed by skilful midfielder Tommy Nrvlka, probed for an opening.
But right-back Walid Rashid roused Brent into life with a thunderous 40-yard drive that smacked against the post. before his side took the lead in the 19th minute.
Tommy Ibrahim was brought down just outside the Camden penalty area and Rio Beach sent over the free-kick for German to head home.
German doubled Brent’s advantage a few minutes later, pouncing on a poor clearance by the goalkeeper, and then completed his hat-trick early in the second half, finishing off a through ball from Vinicius Alves.
And the contest was all but ended soon afterwards when the keeper could only parry Beach’s free-kick into German’s path, enabling the striker to secure a semi-final clash with Hackney.
