Chris Ramsey says he expects Leroy Fer and Rob Green to remain at QPR beyond the current transfer window.
Fer was set to join Sunderland on a season-long loan from the Championship side before failing a medical owing to a knee injury, with Green also heavily linked with a move to a host of Premier League sides.
And with just a matter of weeks before the deadline closes, Ramsey is quietly confident Rangers can keep hold of the Holland international.
He said: “Leroy Fer has been great. He’s fully committed to the club and wants to see us get off the mark as soon as we can. His attitude around the place has been fantastic and he’ll obviously be a huge asset to us.”
Ramsey also sang the praises of Rangers No 1 Green, a keeper he says could play for any team in England.
He added: “Rob’s a top goalkeeper who could play for Chelsea, Liverpool, you name them.
“He has a fantastic attitude and his professionalism around the place is brilliant. There’s nothing to suggest he won’t be here beyond the window.”
