QPR open to allowing Ben Gladwin to extend Swindon loan spell

QPR are considering allowing Ben Gladwin to extend his loan deal at Swindon Town.
The 23-year-old, who joined the Championship side for a combined fee of £3.5million with Massimo Luongo in the summer, completed a temporary move back to his former club earlier this month after finding playing time hard to come by at Loftus Road.
Gladwin is keen to remain at the County Ground for the meantime, and Rs head coach Chris Ramsey has admitted that is a possibility at this stage, with his emergency loan deal set to come to an end after the Robins’ weekend’s away trip to Wigan Athletic.
Ramsey told the Times: “It’s something me and Les would consider at the moment. We’ve got other players in the squad who are playing at the moment, so it would be tough for him to get in the team.
“For now we’re hoping to revitalise the likes of Junior (Hoilett) who have come back firing from international duty.
“Hopefully Ben can do the same when he comes back from Swindon and force his way back into the squad.”
