Bostik Premier: Leiston (Jefford 31, Finch 48, Ainsley 59) Harrow Borough 0

Harrow Borough saw their three-game unbeaten run in the Bostik Premier come to an end after a 3-0 loss away to Leiston.

Prior to the game, the Londoners had not lost in the league since their trip to Billericay Town last month.

Boro fell behind in the 31st minute when Joe Jefford found the target for the hosts to open the scoring.

Three minutes into the second half, Steve Baker’s men conceded a second when Christy Finch scored.

And the scoring was complete in the 59th minute when Jack Ainsley netted to end any hope of a comeback for the Rogers Family Stadium side.

Harrow will hope for better on Thursday when they entertain Lowestoft Town in the league as they look to make a quick return to winning ways.
