HENDON reached their second cup final of the season by winning 2-0 at Blue Square Conference South side Bromley in the London Senior Cup.

The Greens have already booked their place in the Middlesex Senior Cup final, and after this victory at Hayes Lane, they will also compete in the London final on Tuesday April 22 at Metropolitan Police.

Davis Haule squandered the best of Hendon's first half opportunities when a misplaced clearance by the Bromley goalkeeper fell to him, but his shot was saved as the keeper immediately atoned for his error.

The breakthrough came after an hour when Lubo Guentchev fired home, and gaps began to appear at the back as Bromley committed themselves to attack.

Hendon took full advantage of this with eight minutes remaining when Danny Dyer made it 2-0 and ensured that Hendon would contest two cup finals in one season for the first time since 1999.
