Hendon manager Lee Allinson finally feels like his side are putting in complete performances after they progressed into the next round of the Southern League Cup
with a 2-0 win over AFC Dunstable.
Goals from Kingsley Eshun and Shaun Lucien sealed the Greens progress over the Southern League Division One Central outfit at Creasey Park.
They will now head into the quarter-finals of the cup competition much to the delight of the boss.
"It was the first time I felt we had a real complete performance from start to finish," Allinson said.
"First-half we had to work hard and defend, then second-half I felt we just completely took over, and I thought the performance was superb.

"It was good to get the win and get us ready for Saturday's game."
In the league they drew 2-2 with Blackfield & Langley on Saturday after fighting back to nab a point with just 10-men following Tom Hamblin being sent off in the 38th minute.
Isaac Galiford netted the opened in the sixth minute for Hendon before they found themselves level in the 33rd minute as Hisham Kasimu scored.
Five minutes later Hamblin was sent off and it only got worse as Fatah Makloufi slotted home from the penalty spot in the 45th minute to give the hosts a 2-1 lead.
In the 82nd minute Liam Brooks levelled the score to earn Hendon a well-deserved point for their efforts.
"I thought Saturday that we were very good, I thought that we controlled the game for long periods, and then two balls over the top one have cost us a goal and one has cost us a sending off.
"That was obviously disappointing, but I thought the way we recovered from that, and still played as the better side.
"I think if we would have walked off winning the game no one would have had any complaints, but away from home picking up a point was good."
