Greens building towards start of new Evo-Stik South Premier South campaign

Hendon continue their pre-season preparations when they welcome Bostik Premier outfit Haringey Borough to Silver Jubilee Park on Saturday.

The Greens were held to a 2-2 draw on Tuesday night when they made the trip to London Colney of the Spartan South Midlands Premier League.

Matty Newman and Cole Brown were on target for Jimmy Gray’s men in midweek, but their goals were not enough to secure a win.

That followed a 2-1 defeat at home to National League South outfit St Albans on Saturday, with Dylan Kearney scoring for the Silver Jubilee Park side.

Hendon have also continued to mould their squad ahead of the new Evo-Stik South Premier South season with four players signing terms this week.

William Murphy, Riccardo Alexander-Greenaway and Laste Dombaxe all spent time with the Greens last term and have pledged their futures to the club, while Brown has agreed a permanent deal with Gray’s men.
