KEVIN Irikefe scored a hat-trick as Cardinal Vaughan under-13s beat Bow School 3-0 to win the London Cup and clinch an unprecedented treble.

The Holland Park side had already claimed the Inner London Cup and the Minute Maid Trophy and their victory at Leyton Orient's Brisbane Road made them the most successful team in the school's history.

Captain Leo McGrath led by example, while Daniel McCrohan and Suki Kesington took control of midfield and Noel Eman played the pass of the match to set up Irikefe's opening goal.

Vaughan's coach Chris Bailey said: "This is a remarkable team and it has been a privilege to work with such a dedicated and talented group of players. They are a credit to themselves, their parents and the school.
