Harrow St Marys celebrated a six-wicket win at Osterley in Middlesex League Division Two after more heroics from Syed Khawar Ali Kazmi.

The visitors chose to bat first, but lost their first wicket with only a single on the board as Jack Turner struck with the new ball.

Kazmi came on as first change and claimed his first wicket with the total on 39, then added a second scalp before Harindu Gunasekara struck to make it 51-4.

Four more wickets for Kazmi saw him finish with 6-39 as Osterley slumped to 86-8, before Gunasekera (3-23) ended the innings on 118 in the 31st over.

St Marys lost Andre Sharma without a run on the board and NIkin Ruparelia also fell for a duck, before Turner (25) helped Kazmi steady the ship.

Captain Ajay Soni fell cheaply to make it 88-4, but Aaman Soni held firm as Kazmi finished unbeaten on 72 from 92 balls, with eight fours, to seal victory in the 27th over.
