Brondesbury can secure promotion to the Premier Division this weekend if they beat relegated Harrow Town.

Torrential rain accounted for all last weekend’s matches, and left Brondesbury tantalisingly close to sealing their place in the top two of Division Two.

With each team awarded a point at the weekend, Town’s fate was finally sealed as they dropped into Division Three. A win will be enough for Brondesbury, but they could also be promoted if third-placed Harrow fail to defeat Uxbridge.

Harrow St Mary’s slim title hopes were also washed away by the deluge; a third-placed finish is now the best Saints can hope for.

At the other end of the table, Shepherd’s Bush know that a point against Brentham will stave off any lingering relegation fears.

In Division Three, title-challenging Kenton host Acton with a chance to arrest their recent slump and overhaul Indian Gymkhana in second place. Wembley host Highgate, while South Hampstead play Edmonton.
