A pedestrian has been injured after she as hit by a car near Harlesden Police Station this morning.

The woman, who is her 60, was struck by the vehicle on Craven Park at the junction of Inman Road around 8.15am.

She was rushed to hospital where her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The incident resulted in major traffic delays for several hours after police closed off roads in the area.

The cordons have since been removed.
