‘Blaze’ is set to set the djing world on fire

A WEMBLEY student will be setting the radio world on fire after scooping a competition to win a place on an award winning breakfast team.

AJ King, who also goes by the name Blaze, beat thousands of presenters for the sought after spot in Kiss FM.

AJ’s crowning as the aptly named ‘The Kiss Chosen One’ is a culmination of the eight-week contest that saw hopefuls take part in live and online video auditions.

A delighted AJ said: “I’m so overwhelmed that it’s come down to me. “There was so much talent in the final groups and I’m just glad all my hard work has finally paid off!”

AJ, who previously worked n Harlesden based community station Bang FM, will now become a household name by joining the ranks of colleagues Rickie, Melvin, Charlie, Manny Nort�, Neev amongst many others.
