The owners of a café in Wembley have been fined for allowing customers to breach the smoking ban.
Anjum Baig and Tauseef Mohammed Saddique, company secretary and director, respectively, of Anjees Dessert Lounge in Preston Road, were hauled before the courts for letting their customers smoke shish pipes within an enclosed pace.
Then pair were also convicted of selling tobacco and a pipe without the mandatory health warnings and failing to display the correct health warning notice on the premises.
Both were fined £400 each and the company was hit with an additional £200 fine.
They must also pay costs of £500.
