Passengers can expect disruption on the tube and London Overground this weekend due to track replacements and modernisation work across the network.
The Hammersmith & City line will be partly suspended on Sunday only between Hammersmith and Edgware Road to facilitate the building of a new station in Wood Lane.
A rail replacement bus service will run between Hammersmith and Paddington.
On Saturday London Overground trains arriving and departing from Clapham Junction for Willesden Junction will be diverted to Platform 17. A special timetable will operate, with trains departing from Clapham Junction three minutes earlier until 2.30pm.
Shepherd's Bush station on the Central line remains closed until mid-October for modernisation work and the installation of new escalators.
A rail replacement bus service is operating between Shepherd's Bush and White City.
