Discount chain will bring sunshine to the area in the summer
COST conscious fashionistas will be able to pick up some bargain flip-flops and beachwear at a new discount department store opening up in Kilburn this summer.
The Times can reveal that TX Maxx will be bringing some welcomed sunshine along the High Road by opening up a branch at the former site of Somerfields.
The store, which has branches in Brent Cross and Wembley, is a renowned Aladdin’s Cave for bargain hunters thanks to its array of discounted designer clothes and homeware by names including Lanvin, Calvin Klein and Moschino.
A spokeswoman for the store confirmed a branch will arrive in Kilburn but a opening date was yet to be made.
