Fire crews were called to a blaze at a house in Cricklewood this afternoon.
Two men working on the property in Wallcott Avenue fled before crews from Willesden, Hendon, West Hampstead and Finchley fire stations arrived at 4.07pm.
No one was injured but the fire damaged the ground, first floor and a part of the roof.
The blaze was under control by 4.41pm
An investigation is underway into the cause of the blaze.
