Two teens charged with Harlesden train station shooting
Youths will appear in court today accused of attempted murder
TWO teenage boys have been charged with attempted murder after a man was shot in Harlesden train station.
The 16-year-old youths from the Harlesden area, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are due to appear before West London Youth Court today (Wednesday).
The 27-year-old victim, who lives in south London, was shot in the back as he entered the station foyer on March 9.
His injuries were not life threatening and he has been discharged from hospital.
Detectives from British Transport Police arrested a total of five people over the weekend in connection with the shooting.
A 16-year-old girl, a 17-year-old youth and a 20-year-old man have since been bailed to return to a police station on March 23.
