Traffic in Harlesden is heavily gridlocked this evening as a result of roadworks to fix FOUR water leaks in the area.
Temporary traffic lights have been installed in Old Oak Lane at Victoria Road, as part of the works with three further leaks being repaired in Goodhall Street, Scrubs Lane and the Harrow Road.
