Tickets are still available for the celebrity spectacular and most dog friendly night out in support of a Kensal Green animal charity.
The Mayhew Animal Home’s Tinsel and Tails Christmas Fundraiser at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Holborn is taking place on Tuesday from 7pm to 10.30pm in the venue’s Grand Hall.
Guests and their canines will be greeted on the red carpet by The Mayhew’s VID’s (Very Important Dogs) including those that have been happily rehomed, superstar ‘celebripups’ and The Mayhew’s TheraPaws dogs, who support vulnerable older residents.
Join celebrities including James McVey from pop group The Vamps, TV vet Mark Abraham, James Beedle from BBC Bake off fame, and the evening’s host Kiss Fm DJ Pandora Christie for an evening of glitz and glamour.
Included in the ticket is a three-course meal, entertainment, a raffle and auction with all the money raised going towards The Mayhew Animal Home, helping more dogs and cats escape a life of cruelty, abandonment and neglect.
Zoe Sheehan, the Mayhew’s events officer said: “We’re offering a very special evening in a top London venue. Not only can you come along to support the work of The Mayhew, but your dog can come and enjoy the evening too. It is a great event for our supporters and celebrity friends to hear about all that we have achieved and the amazing work we have done this year.”
“It would be great to see everyone there, so what are you waiting for, come and join us for one of the best and glamourous dog events of the year!”
Standard tickets cost £60 and includes reception drinks on arrival, a three course sit down meal with wine included, entertainment and after dinner coffee and mince pies.
Premium tickets cost £70 and includes premium seating in the room, a VIP goody bag, and a tour of The Mayhew Animal Home in Trenmar Gardens.
