Trio due to appear before West London Magistrates’ Court this morning (Monday).
Three teenagers are due to appear in court this morning (Monday) accused of murdering a Neasden chef on his birthday. Krzysztos Rusek died after he was knifed in the chest in a park in Lillie Road, Fulham, celebrating his 30th birthday with his partner and three male friends on June 7.
His killers, who fled with just �12, also stabbed his friend in the leg but he was saved by a wallet in his trouser pocket.
The three 17-year-old youths, who can not be named for legal reasons, are due to appear at West London Magistrates’ Court charged with the Polish national’s murder.
A 16-year-old has been bailed to return to a police station next month.
