Copland Community School held their annual Copland’s Got Talent event

Talented students from Wembley took to the stage last night to showcasing their skills to fellow pupils, parents and teachers.

The annual Copland’s Got Talent, returned to Copland Community School, in Cecil Avenue.

More than 400 people packed into the school hall to enjoy what has become a stand out date in the schools calendar.

The winners of the event were street dance ‘Anonymous’ also known as Trevor White and Liam Germaine from year 11 who impressed the judging panel.

The evening was organised by Judy Harrison, lead learning mentor and dramatherapist.

She said: “As a community school, a special thank-you goes out to the local sponsors, which included Nandos, TK Maxx and Elliott Lee Estate Agents who kindly offered their services for this cause.

“We don’t know about you - but we are eagerly anticipating what Copland has in store for the next event in 2014!”
