The one way is Essex for a slippery character after he turned up at the Mayhew Animal Home in Kensal Green.
A Royal Python snake was brought to the charity in Trenmar Gardens, by two men who spotted it trying to climb over a wall in Holland Park.
The pair managed to scoop him up and place him in a cat basket before handing him over to the Mayhew.
After a night’s sleep at the home Sam Davis Bernard, who has been named after the two men, slithered off to the Dangerous Wild Animal Rescue Facility in Essex.
