Brent Council has joined forces with Sky and British Cycling to offer residents the opportunity to take part in free guide bike rides in the borough tomorrow.
The 20-mile course weaves through some of the green spaces in Brent including the Welsh Harp reservoir, Fryent Country park, Horsenden Hill, Roundwood and Gladstone parks.
The first session will take place starting at the big dead tree at the car park in Gladstone Park in Dollis Hill Lane, at 2pm.
Cllr James Denselow, lead member for stronger communities said: “The free Sky Local cycle rides are a perfect opportunity for Brent residents to get active. The different routes to choose from mean that they are also a great way to explore the borough.”
