Detectives have released the name of the man gunned down outside a birthday party in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Shawn 'Pinky' Callum, 26, from Maida Vale, was shot outside Stonebridge Primary School on Shakespeare Avenue, Stonebridge, at 2.30am.

He was rushed to hospital but died from his injuries.

Officers from Operation Trident, The Met's specialist team that investigates gun crime in the black community, believe the father-of-one had attended the party before he was killed.

DCI Fiona Mallon has made an appeal for anyone who was at the 'I Feel Good' party to come forward.
