School’s diversity showed off through its dancing

The Convent of Jesus and Mary language college held an evening to celebrate its cultural diversity.

Talented students at a secondary school celebrated their diversity by strutting their stuff on the dance floor.

Dance shows, jewellery stalls and crafts activities were all held during an evening to celebrate the many cultures that exist at the Convent of Jesus and Mary Language College in Crownhill Road, Harlesden.

Three quarters of students are from ethnic minority groups, and 31 different languages are spoken there, according to the Government inspectorate Ofsted.
