Brent Council are warning residents to stay on the lookout for an illegal street trader selling perfume in the Wembley area.
Paul Hunter, 57, from Willesden Green, has been spotted selling his wares despite been prosecuted for street trading by both Brent and Haringey Councils.
The cheeky trader buys the scents from pound shops before repackaging them as gifts at £15 each.
Cllr Shafique Choudhary, chief whip at Brent Council, said: “As well as operating outside of the law, he is ripping off residents and undermining local businesses.
“Council is undertaking legal proceedings against the trader for the repeat offences, but would like to encourage local residents to stay aware and report any sightings to council.”
