Police are appealing for help in tracing an 83-year-old woman who has dementia who has gone missing from Brondesbury Park.
Rachael Joseph, was wearing a navy jumper with a red pattern when she went missing on Monday.
Ms Joseph is 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build and has a six inch scar on her left forearm.
Police said she suffers from dementia and is “likely to be confused and very cold”.
