QPR entertain Birmingham City on Saturday afternoon having not taken on the Blues in any competition for almost five years.

The last occasion, on October 28 2008, saw QPR seal a 1-0 win thanks to Samuel Di Carmine’s single goal which knocked City off the Championship summit.

That is Rangers’ only win over Birmingham at home since September 1985; in eight attempts since that 3-1 victory, they have won one, lost two and drawn five.
