Man arrested for cultivation as Brent Police continues its drug crackdown

POLICE continued their crackdown on drugs as another bust on a cannabis factory unveiled 500 plants.

A 36-year-old man was arrested for cultivation of cannabis at the house in St John’s Avenue, Harlesden, during the raid on February 10.

Sergeant Adrian Hanna, from Harlesden Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: ““The use and supply of illegal drugs is detrimental to individuals and the community as a whole. It will not be tolerated. I hope this shows the local community that we will act swiftly on any information that drug dealing is taking place.”
