A man has died after from chest injuries after being found in a car in Wembley this morning.
A police investigation is underway after the victim was discovered in The Paddocks at the junction with Greenhill, at 11.15am.
A Met spokeswoman told the Times the car had not been involved in a crash.
An Air Ambulance was called to the incident but the manwas pronounced dead at the scene at 11.48am.
A police spokesman said: “We believe we know the identity of the deceased and the next of kin are yet to be informed.
A post-mortem will take place in due course. There have been no arrests.”
The area has been cordoned off by police resulting in road closures and possible traffic delays.
