Police are trying to trace the rightful owners of several pieces of jewellery found in a stolen car in Kingsbury.

The vehicle was found in Stewart Close, on January 6, four days after it was taken by burglars who broke into a property in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

The jewellery does not belong to the burglary victims.

DC Rebecca March, investigating officer, said: “We are eager to trace the owners of this jewellery – there were a number of items including rings, necklaces and watches.”
