Police have released a photo of a 13-year-old girl missing from her home in Wembley.

Sagal Sodan was last seen at 5.30pm yesterday outside her home address.

She is described as a black female, 5ft 1ins and of medium build.

At the time of his disappearance she was wearing a school uniform, purple jumper, green t-shirt and black skirt. She also had a JD handbag and was wearing a black head scarf.

Officers are increasingly concerned for her wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
