Police have appealed for help in tracing a 74-year-old dementia sufferer from Kilburn who disappeared after a hospital appointment in Paddington on Tuesday.
Anaxagoras Hadjigeorghiou failed to return to his home in Kilburn evening after leaving St Mary’s Hospital in Praed Street at 10:40 pm on March 8.
He told hospital staff he would take a taxi back home but has not been seen since.
Mr Hadjigeroghiou is described as a white man, 6 ft 2 inches tall and of slim build with white hair. He was last seen wearing grey trousers, a dark blue jumper and a black coat.
Officers and Mr Hadjigeorhiou’s family are concerned for his wellbeing as he suffers from both dementia and diabetes.
Police are urging anyone with information as to Mr Hadjigeorghiou’s wherabouts to contact Brent police on 101 quoting reference number 16MIS009829.
