Residents can now renew parking permits at the click of a mouse, ending decades of tedious form-filling.
Drivers in Camden who need to renew their resident's parking permit and have not moved house no longer have to provide proof of residence or vehicle ownership if using the online service.
One month residents' permits for motor vehicles have been scrapped along with one and three month motorcycle permits.
As an extra incentive anyone renewing their residents' permits online will save 10 on the normal price.
Cllr Chris Knight, Camden Council's executive member for environment, said: "More and more people in Camden have told us they want to save time and energy by using the internet to get in touch with us and access our services.

"That's why we have made it easier for them by ensuring all parking permits can now be renewed online and greatly improved the Camden parking permits website."
Camden Council is encouraging people to apply for and renew their parking permits at the same time as they pay Council Tax or carry out other council transactions online at camden.gov.uk.
PCs with internet access are available free of charge by booking one at any of Camden's libraries, and staff are available to help customers get online.
Residents who want to apply or renew their parking permits in person or pay in cash will still be able to go to the St Pancras Way Environment Local or visit the town hall cashiers.
