One woman was taken to hospital and two women to a trauma centre following a three-car collision in Kingsbury.

Emergency services, including ambulance and fire crews, were called to Fryent Way at 12.20pm yesterday.

Three cars were involved in the crash at the junction with Pilgrims Way on the main roundabout, police said.

Three women were hurt with one taken to a central London hospital with a leg injury and the other two to a major trauma centre.

A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: “We sent an advanced paramedic, two single responders in cars, an incident response officer and three ambulance crews. We also dispatched our hazardous area response team (HART).

“We treated three women at the scene and took them all to hospital, including two to a major trauma centre.”

There have been no arrests. Enquiries continue.
