New voters workshop is free

NEW voters wanting to find out about how to vote in the elections are invited to pre-election workshops. Brent Council have organised the free workshops, aimed at new voters but open to all residents, which will cover how to get on the electoral registe

NEW voters wanting to find out about how to vote in the elections are invited to pre-election workshops.

Brent Council have organised the free workshops, aimed at new voters but open to all residents, which will cover how to get on the electoral register and how to vote.

Officers from the Local Democracy team will be on hand to answer questions and forms to register for the election will be available.

No political parties will be present and no party political literature will be distributed.

The workshops will take place at 9.30am and 5pm next Wednesday [April 14] at Willesden Green Library in High Road, Willesden. Refreshments will be provided.
