Former soldier admits wounding with intent

A former soldier from Neasden who stabbed his girlfriend’s father has been jailed for six years. Twane Morgan, 28, of Hawarden Hill, knifed Botsio Blair after the pair argued while watching TV in Birmingham on October 16 last year.

Birmingham Crown Court heard Morgan called his victim a pervert before stabbing him in the chest.

Morgan, who has served in Afghanistan and has suffered post traumatic stress disorder, admitted wounding with intent.
