Motorcylist seriously injured in hospital after collision with car in Wembley

A motorcyclistis fighting for his life in hospital after a collision with a car in Wembley.
Police are appealing for information after being called to the crash in Forty Lane at 7.30pm yesterday.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 58-year-old man, was taken to a north London hospital after being treated at the scene by paramedics.
His injuries are being treated as life threatening, Scotland Yard said.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene. He was not arrested and is helping police with their enquiries.
Forty Lane was closed westbound at Kings Drive following the collision and buses diverted.
Officers from the serious collisions investigation unit (SCIU) are investigating.

Police confirmed it was the third collision in Forty Lane in two days. At 8am on March 18 and again at 4.50pm, motorists collided with one another. Only their cars were damaged.
