Lorry driver accused of causing death by dangerous driving
A driver has been charged following the death of a Kilburn pensioner who was hit by a lorry while in Marylebone.
Nora Gutmann, 97, of the Avenue, Brondesbury, was killed as she crossed Marylebone Road near the junction of Baker , on June 17 last year.
Joao Pedro Correia Lopes, 56, from Stratford, east London, will appear at West London Magistrates Court on April 4 accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
