He is being questioned at a police station
A man wielding a hammer has been arrested after staging a rooftop protest this morning.
The man clambered on to the roof in Stanley Avenue, Alperton, at 10.45am, and refused to come down to police who were called to the scene.
He was eventually persuaded to give himself up after negotiators went up to the roof in a cherry picker and spoke too him.
He was arrested for making threats to kill, possessing an offensive weapon and affray and is being questioned at a police station.
