Phone calls into some of Brent Council’s administrative offices are being disrupted by poor signal quality and interrupted calls.

A council spokesman said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this telephony disruption and hope to have full service restored shortly.

“Working with our telephony providers, the source of the difficulty has been determined and a permanent fix will be put into place shortly.”

He added that residents experiencing difficulties can access all council services through its website, by email or in person at customer service centres.
