The future of a library will be under discussion at a meeting which is expected to be full of emotion.

'Cricklewood Library: The Archive and the Future' will give residents the opportunity to quiz Brent's library chief, Sue McKenzie.

Under current proposals the borough's archives will be moved to Willesden green Library in Willesden High Road and the empty space filled with a children's centre.

The plans have already caused high emotions with many questioning the workability of a quiet space, such as a library, being shared with a children's centre.

'Cricklewood Library: The Archive and the Future' will be held at Cricklewood Library in Olive Road, Cricklewood, on Thursday May 21 from 7pm.
