An abandoned kitten dumped in bushes in Gladstone Park has been rescued by a patrolling policeman.

Andreas has been named after his rescuer PC Andreas Uthaug who heard his cries while walking through the park in Willesden.

Andreas is now in the care of The Mayhew Animal Home in Trenmar Gardens, Kensal Green, who will put him up for adoption.
