A Kingsbury man has been charged with fraud offences in connection with a laptop scam where buyers are sold worthless goods.
Martin McDonagh, of Hillfied Avenue, is accused of trying to sell a bag containing bottles of water by claiming it is a laptop.
The 20-year-old was arrested in Blackbird Hill, Wembley, on Tuesday, and charged with fraud by false representation and possessing articles for use in fraud.
He will appear before Hendon Magistrates Court on July 9.
