A housing development in Wembley has won an award for its affordability.
Lime Walk in Brook Avenue has been recognised as the ‘Best Affordable Development’ at the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2016.
Five minutes from Wembley Park Station the housing by Network Homes is built on the site of a former car park.
The mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, which have all been sold, were put on the market for private sale, shared ownership and shared equity purchase to bring “high quality affordable housing” to the area.
