Plan clothes officers targeted suspected illegal mini-cabs in Kilburn Lane
A man has been charged following a police operation targeting illegal mini-cabs in Queen’s Park on Friday night.
Mohammed Mughal, 53, from Hemel Hampstead, was arrested after he allegedly offered his services as a driver to plain clothes officers in Kilburn Lane.
He will appear before Brent Magistrates’ Court on July 16 accused of touting for hire.
