Want to get fit and in shape for summer but don’t have the time? Soon there’ll be no excuses.
Vale Farm Sports Centre, in Watford Road, Sudbury, will be open for 24 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from June 8 until July 16.
Anyone aged 16 and over and has a registered Everyone Active card, will be able to use the gym, squash courts, sport halls but the centre’s swimming pool will keep its regular opening hours. Organised by Everyone Active, which operates the centre in partnership with Brent Council, prior booking of the sports halls will be required.
Chris Williams, Everyone Active manager at Vale Farm Sports Centre, said: “We recognise that some of our members lead very busy lives and don’t always get the chance to go to the gym when they’d like to.
“With summer coming up, many people are keen to step up their fitness programme so by keeping the centres open for 24 hours four days a week, our members will be able to come to the centre whenever suits them.”
