A movie maker from Harlesden has been shortlisted as ‘wildcard’ entrant for a short film contest.
Effie Woods of Tubbs Road, is one of two entrants that could become the fifth winner of the Bombay Sapphire Imagination Series: Film competition.
Two winners have already been announced but the public are being invited to vote for the third.
Ms Woods’ entry ‘Cutie Pie’ is a comedy about a couple who have bought a kitten which creates mayhem in their home.
Now in its second year the competition offers budding filmmakers the chance to realise their own short film, using their imagination to interpret a short film script created by Academy Award® winner Geoffrey Fletcher.
For more information about Cutie Pie and to cast a vote visit www.imaginationseries.com/vote.
The winner will be announced on November 14.
