The Green Party candidate Pete Murry for Dollis Hill ward was wrongly described as a Conservative candidate in the Times due to a production error.

Mr Murry has outlined the main issues affecting his wards and what should by done to rectify them.

he said: “Air pollution in Brent is amongst the worst in the country, this causes numerous health problems. There is also a lack of freely available public spaces. Brent council should be exerting as much political pressure as it can to deal with this. More measures should be taken to persuade people to use their cars less in Brent.

“I am an experienced person, not associated with the major local political ‘machines’ and with the time and commitment to make a good attempt at representing my potential constituents.”
